My name is Philip Scott
With 40 years in primary education, Phil Scott has transformed schools, trained leaders, and led over 200 primary school inspections. As a former headteacher of both one-form and three-form entry schools, he has first-hand experience in driving whole-school improvement, curriculum development, and Ofsted readiness. Under his leadership, a newly established school with a 156-place nursery, daycare, and family centre achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating in just four years.
Phil’s unique insight as both a school leader and inspector makes him the go-to expert for inspection preparation, leadership training, and school development. His work is practical, results-driven, and tailored to help schools succeed.
